The direction of the inner liner should be consistent with the flow direction of the medium (there is a flow direction mark on the expansion joint).

When installing, pay attention to the air vent facing up and the drain port facing down.

After installation on site, the small tie rod must be removed.

The pressure and thrust of the axial external pressure bellows expansion joint are the forces generated by the pressure exerted on the bellows. This force is obtained by multiplying the system pressure by the effective area of the bellows. If there is no expansion joint, the pipeline system will be affected by pressure, and the system will not move because the pipeline and the tension are in the opposite direction. When an unconstrained expansion joint is applied to a piping system, the forces in the piping are absorbed by the expansion joint without affecting the piping system itself. This pressure and thrust must contain the main mounting bracket or controlled expansion joint to withstand the pressure thrust load.
